The piano is an acoustic instrument, which means that it produces and amplifies its sound physically. Our piano instructors empower students to step up onstage and play in a band with their peers in front of a live audience or appear for their Trinity examinations by teaching them how to play the piano with confidence. Students are also taught about the power of their instrument and how to transmit emotions not just through facial expressions and body language, but also through the tone of their tune and the speed with which their melody is delivered. Rhythm, pitch, pace, and note duration are all covered in our classes.
